7. ARTWORK APPROVAL

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all artwork, layouts, dimensions, colours, positioning, spelling, dates, and specifications prior to production.

Final approval by the customer constitutes acceptance of all submitted details. FREE-M SERVICES LTD shall not be liable for errors, omissions, or defects approved by the customer after final proof validation.

8. PRINTING AND MANUFACTURING TOLERANCES

Due to printing, embroidery, textile, and manufacturing processes, slight variations may occur in colours, alignment, dimensions, placement, material texture, and finishing. Such minor variations shall not be considered defects or grounds for refund, rejection, or compensation.

Product images, mockups, colours, and specifications displayed on the Website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from final production output.

9. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices displayed or quoted are subject to change without prior notice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unless otherwise specified:

• Full or partial payment may be required before production commences

• Outstanding balances may delay production or delivery

• Ownership of goods remains with FREE-M SERVICES LTD until payment is received in full

9A. RETURNS, DEFECTS AND REMEDIES

All products supplied by FREE-M SERVICES LTD are produced to customer specifications. Returns based on change of mind are not accepted once production has commenced.

In the event that goods supplied are genuinely defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from the approved proof, customers must:

• Notify FREE-M SERVICES LTD by email at freemservicesltd@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt

• Provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage

• Retain the goods in their original condition pending assessment

Upon receipt and verification of a valid claim, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FREE-M SERVICES LTD's liability shall be limited to replacement of the defective goods or refund of the invoiced value of the affected goods only.

Defects arising from customer-approved artwork, colour variations within manufacturing tolerances as described in Section 8, or customer-supplied incorrect information shall not qualify as grounds for return, replacement, or refund.

These provisions do not limit your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2016 of Mauritius.

10. STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any rights that consumers are entitled to under applicable Mauritius law, including the Consumer Protection Act 2016, to the extent that such rights cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

If you are a consumer and believe a product or service supplied by FREE-M SERVICES LTD is defective or not as described, please contact us at freemservicesltd@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We will assess the complaint and respond within 5 business days. This does not affect your statutory rights.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and subject to Section 10 above, FREE-M SERVICES LTD shall not be liable for:

19. SEVERABILITY
